Ernest Blythe, you have been informed that the competent military authorities in England have approved of <hi rend="underline">Abingdon in <lb/>Oxfordshire</hi> as your new place of residence.

You are provided with a single ticket to Crewe and 13/- <lb/> railway fare to Abingdon and you will proceed forthwith to<lb/> Abingdon and on arrival there you will notify your arrival to<lb/> the local police and your new place of residence to the Competent<lb/> Military Authority through the local police. You are <hi rend="underline">warned</hi> that<lb/> in the event of your returning to Ireland you will be arrested<lb/> and tried in England.
