<address>COUNTY ASYLUM. <lb/>ANTRIM.</address> <date>15th. May, 1916.</date> <salute>Gentlemen:—</salute> <p>In reply to your letter No.259 of 13th. inst.re <lb/> patient Robert Cooper, I beg to state that <hi rend="underline">in my opinion this</hi> <lb/> <hi rend="underline">patient is not fit to be allowed home, his</hi> friends anxiety to <lb/> have him out of the Asylum, I expect, is that they may have the <lb/> benefit of his pension, and any money he has in the Post Office <lb/> Savings Bank. If his friends become resopnsible for him and <lb/> take him out, his discharge would be a great relief to the <lb/> Asylum staff.
