Any reply to the communication should <lb/>be addressed to:— <address>THE UNDER SECRETARY <lb/>DUBLIN CASTLE</address> <lb/>and the following number quoted <lb/>9575. <address>CHIEF SECRETARY'S OFFICE, <lb/> DUBLIN CASTLE</address> <date>8th June, 1916.</date> <salute>Madam</salute> <p>With reference to your letter of the 23rd ultimo, <lb/>applying for permission to remove the remains of your <lb/>husband from one grave to another in the burial ground <lb/>attached to the Protestant Church at Midleton, Co.Cork, <lb/>I am directed by the lords justice to request that you will <lb/>be so good at to furnish the consents in writing of the <lb/>authority in whom the burial ground is vested and of the <lb/>Sanitary Authority of the district to the removal of the <lb/>remains.</p> <salute>I am, <lb/>Madam, <lb/>your obedient Servant.</salute> <signed>E.
