I am sending a copy of my note of the conver— <lb/>sations with each person to them <add>except Mr Mackey, as his contribution was negative </add> to check my report<lb/> but I believe it is accurate enough to forward without <lb/> waiting for the answers. Any material corrections I will <lb/> forward at once. Once more apologies for the delay
