TELEGRAMS: "DEVELOP, CARDIFF" <lb/>TEL. 1753 <lb/>F.G.L.Davis. <address>154,CITY ROAD, <lb/>CARDIFF.</address> <date>April 27<date>th</date> <p>Being a good organiser and able to control large bodies of <lb/>organised and unorganised workmen I feel sure my exceptional <lb/>experience and energy could be used to advantage for my country <lb/>as I am prepared to work any our, day or night.</p> <p>Contracting Any Port, Docks, Wharf, Quay or Landing Place in <lb/>Discharging Ireland. <lb/>Shipping <lb/>Stewing <lb/>Cargo Superintending <lb/>Tallying <lb/>Landing <lb/>Housing <lb/>Forwarding <lb/>Lightering <lb/>Docks, Wharves, Superintending or Managing, temporarily during <lb/>Quays or Warehouses <lb/> the War. <lb/>All Labour Operations, I would be prepared to take Foremen and <lb/> some reliable Employees and go myself and <lb/> work with Male or Female Labour at any port <lb/> I would work with native labour Male or Female <lb/> or Prisoners of War.</p> <p>I can get expert and older men to do the above mentioned work and <lb/>give dispatch.</p> <salute>Alderman F.G.L.
