313106/ 17th July 1916. Dear Sir Robert, Sir Edward Troup desires me to send you the enclosed copy of a second official letter which has been despatched to the Commandant at Frongoch authorising the release of a further party of 176 prisoners, together with copies of the lists which it enclosed. Yours very truly, Mr. Waller, P.S We have taken up at once the question of these released men who arrived at North Wall, but as you saw by one letter of July 12 to the Commandant our directions to him not to use the North Wall route were explicit. We telegraphed Frongoch today repeating them and asking an explanation. Waller 17.7.16
