</lb>By an Act passed in the 40th year of the Reign of his </lb>late Majesty GEORGE III. Chapter 84, Section XL., </lb>entitled : "An Act for establishing a complete School </lb>of Physic in this Kingdom"(amongst other things) it </lb>is enacted, "That the President and Fellows of the </lb>King and Queen's College of Physicians herein named </lb>shall, once in every year, render a true,<add>just and full</add> account of the </lb>receipts and <del>disbursements</del><add>expenditures</add>of the issues and profits </lb>of the real and personal estates of <add>the said</add> Sir Patrick Dunn, </lb>and of the application of the appropriated and unappro-- </lb>priated surplus thoroof, before the said Visitors, or </lb><del>any</del> <add>some</add> two of them, or such person or personals as shall </lb>be for that purpose appoint by <add>the</add> said Visitors, or any </lb>two of them, by writing, signed by them, or any two of </lb>them and after <add>the</add> said Account has been duly examined, </lb>rectified, and settled by <add>the</add> said Visitors, or <del>by</del> any two </lb>of them, or by the person <add> of persons so</add> <del>to be</del> appointed, aforesaid, </lb>it shall be signed and allowed by <add>the</add> said Visitors, or any </lb>two of them, and entered or copied into the books of the </lb>said College. Now we, The Right Honourable Sir Ignatius </lb>John O'Brien, Bart., Lord Chancellor of Ireland, The </lb>Right Honorable Sir James Henry Musson Campbell, Bart., </lb>Lord Chief of Justice of Ireland and The Right Honorable </lb>Christopher Palles, Lord Chief Baron of the Exchequer </lb>in Ireland, the Visitors of the said College in pursu-- </lb>ance of the Powers vested in us under said Act, Do </lb>hereby appoint </lb>of the City of Dublin Esquire on our behalf and in our
